Oregonians For Medical Freedom Notes:  House Bill 2115 would force DHS to properly track children on anti-psychotic/depressants. It has been referred to the House Committee on Health Care, but not yet scheduled for a public hearing.

Bill Title:  Relating to use of psychotropic medications for children in foster care; prescribing an effective date.

Summary: Directs Department of Human Services to report information regarding prescription of psychotropic medications to children in foster care
